As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to learn how to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or light commercial settings.
This role provides hands-on training, opportunities to develop technical skills, and a clear path for career advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with the installation of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and ductwork
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for installation jobs
- Learn proper installation procedures, safety standards, and company best practices
- Help measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and system components
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers when needed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Attend training sessions and actively work toward becoming a skilled HVAC technician
Qualifications
- Strong interest in learning the HVAC trade
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Ensure installations meet all manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about installation progress and system operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete installation documentation and job reports
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on every job
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Prior leadership or lead installer experience is a plus
- EPA Certification required
